Mia Angioy x New York Magazine

It’s nearing the end of 2024 and what better way to celebrate than looking back and recapping the cultural highlights of this past year. That’s exactly what Mia Angioy has been doing when she teamed up with New York Magazine, who commissioned the collage artist to add some flare to their ‘Best of Culture in 2024’ lists.


From the best movies to best songs and albums, to best podcast moments and best books… and much, much more – there were a lot of cultural gems to highlight!
For the project Mia enjoyed bringing in her recognisable DIY cut and paste style, with bright pops of colour and energetic use of pattern and mark making.

You can see Mia’s Illustrations now live on the New York Magazine’s Vulture website and if you’re lucky you may even see them in print!
