Josh Patterson x New Acres

Bureau BCM were appointed to create a beautiful print brochure for the retail offering of New Acres, a stylish rental apartment development in Wandsworth. In conjunction with designer Tim George they commissioned Josh Patterson to create a set of illustrations to illuminate the potential of the retail units, building the atmosphere of the new neighbourhood and positioning the development within the existing area.

Josh flexed his illustration skills across a number of approaches whilst remaining true to his style. Taking a looser hand to interior and lifestyle elements, crisper forms for others and a range of perspectives.

Josh’s illustration sit alongside photography and typography within the design of the brochure, altogether creating a beautiful example of placemaking.
