Clément Thoby x Burberry

Iconic British fashion brand Burberry called on the extraordinarily talented Clément Thoby to create a beautiful animation for their social media channels. The resulting animation “Nature by Train: A Heritage of Exploration” takes us through four spectacular locations in the British countryside. Each landscape was illustrated in Clément’s inimitable coloured pencil marks and then subtly animated with grazing animals, passing trains and Burberry clad figures.

The film is an homage to British landscapes, train travel and Burberry’s history of creating clothing for explorers and the endurance of garments made to protect from all elements of the British climate.
