Brighton based illustrator Ryan Gillett’s work is defined by a hand drawn, textured black line, and characters that exude an authentic charm and warmth. The richness of the grain in Ryan’s line and the signature features of his characters distinguish his work and bring a depth which recognises the foibles in all of us. Ryan’s work is underpinned by a good natured sense of humour and his delight in human nature, with a knack for imaginative ideas and finding a way to include a dog in almost any scenario.
Ryan’s previous clients include The Guardian, Wolff Olins, Monocle, The Sunday Times, Time Out London, D&AD and The New York Times.
