Dutch illustrator Philip Lindeman’s infinite imagination takes you into a fictional reality, filled with tragedies, mysticism and comedic situations that feel recognisable from daily life. Outlandish characters mingle with recognisable people in his super detailed illustrated scenes that are filled with superheroes, crooks and nostalgic Easter eggs. He thrives on the challenge of each commission, finding creative solutions and connecting each project to his previous illustrations and visual world. His colourful illustration style draws inspiration from the ‘60s and ‘70s illustrations of Milton Glaser and John Alcorn, and is marked by the thick black outline of the characters and environments, with varied palettes to suit the mood of the scene.
Philip’s clients include The New Yorker, Moog, Westergas, T-Mobile, Deutsche Bahn, The New York Times, Die Zeit, De Volkskrant and ProRail.
