Nicole Chui is a Hong Kong born, London based artist specialising in freestyle hand embroidery. Breaking conventions and defying the expectations of tradition, Nicole’s work is messy, brash and disruptive, reflecting her aim to disrupt perfection and inspire others to embrace raw emotion. She is driven by a desire to create new memories through creating spaces for the underrepresented.
Between commercial projects Nicole has exhibited work at NOW Gallery, London Design Festival and The MAC Belfast. She was selected as one of the Evening Standard’s ’25 Future Faces Under 25′ and most recently was recognised for her work in arts and culture as a finalist in the Women of Achievement Awards 2023.
Nicole’s previous clients include Nike, Timberland, Google, We Present, Vice, Sports Direct, Manchester United, and Victoria Beckham.
